OWEN GEE&LEPACIOUS BOSE GETS UN RECOGNITION

Prominent Nigerian comedian/entertainer MR OSEMWENGIE OWEN a.k.a OWEN GEE, has been recognized by The Universal Peace and Youth Federation for Peace as a UN Youth Ambassador for Peace. According to the Federation, the comedian’s lifestyle exemplifies the ideal of living for the sake of others and he has also dedicated himself to the practice of promoting universal moral values, strong family life, interreligious cooperation, international harmony, has cultivated a responsible public relations image and has helped to establish a culture of peace over the years, which transcends racial and national barriers.

As a recognized UN Youth Ambassador for Peace, Owen Gee has now been charged with the honorary task of working towards achieving a unified world of peace, where the spiritual and material dimensions of life are harmonized. He will however not be alone in achieving this great feat as his friend and colleague,Comedienne Lepacious Bose was also awarded a Youth Ambassador for Peace. It is expected that they will both be working with other Nigerians who have been awarded this title over the years, some of whom include: Hajia Sambo,wife of the Vice President of Nigeria, Hon Abdul Mummin Jibrin - Chairman House of Reps Committee on Finance, D'banj, Gbenga Adeyinka D' 1st, Julius Agwu , Sound Sultan, Weird M.C, Omotola Jolade ,Oge Okoye and Jim Iyke.

Affroholik drops new single (Let them know ''Jo'mo'')

Affroholik,
Real name Uchechukwu Melvin Medua. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria. ,where he also  attended Elementary, Primary and High school. During his early years, Uche always had a passion for Music and Entertainment which isn’t surprising because his father is a Jazz player and a music instructor.

Due to his followership in rhythm and poetry, he grew up listening to Hip-hop music and got influenced by its culture. HipHop Greats/ Legends like the "Notorious B.I.G, The L.O.X,Joe Budden, Slim Shady, Fat  joe 2pac and a host of others were his inspirations. An indigene of Delta State,the rapper/model kicked off his carrier professionally  in mid- 2000, dropped a couple of singles and he hasn’t relented ever since.

An ex-member of the musical group “’Workerman Movement’’ he has performed on major concerts and events across the country.

Currently working on his debut album, he just released 2 fresh singles titled ‘Let Them Know’ and First Lady’’ which features the songstress ‘Yemi Alade’  and it definitely shows his uniqueness, lyrical prowess and  passion for good music .he’s also working with first class producers like Éx-O, Xblaze,Sossik,Outshine and a few more.

His album (still untitled) parades an array of  Naija’s own top artistes and he’s putting  finishing  touch delivering  a classic, episodic  and entertaining album. Affroholik aka ‘Black Neyo’ is a shining star that has come to redefine the music industry with his blend of unique flows, energetic stage craft, eclecticism, unforgettable music and by the Grace of God; he will deliver great music to his fans.
