KURIO

Born Uzoewulu Okechukwu Samuel, KURIO is one of the few unsigned Nigerian acts whom I believe with the right backing, can make it big time. He’s definitely an artist we’ll have our eyes on and you should too. His two singles deals with matters of the heart with my favorite being “Holes in my heart”.
Also known as Kuriobaba, this Anambra born – Lagos based artist is multilingual (Yoruba, Igbo and English) and he uses this advantage in his songs. This model’s debut single: So Gi (translation -> only you) features veteran producer Kelikume and was officially released mid November. Not new to performing, this C.E.O of Baseline Inc recently performed with the likes of Tobagold, Korede Bello amongst others at Nigerian Models and Achievers awards. Here are his singles below. Ayinde Akanni (aka) AK Slim is an indegene of Ogun state,born and raised in Lagos state.

He started his music career as a young rapper,in the mid 90s,rapping in the streets,clubs and schools around lagos and beyond. Later joined a rap group called Dr Fresh and the Hip-hop Power House which placed him on a bigger platform then,performing on the same stages with Plantation boyz,remedies and others at Lekki beach clubs and campuses.

He went underground for sometime, but now he has resurrected with Hip-hop, soul and R&B to take His place.

My name is Akinlabi Akinshola Saheed popularly kwown as Skinyboy,an indigene of Oyo-state,Nigeria.Bred and buttered in lagos,and reside @ Ayobo. From a family of five(5),I'm the second son. Student of Adekunle Ajasin University Akungba Akoko(AAUA),Ondo-State Nigeria, I've worked with some known artistes such as G-cleff,Emem,Ray1 etc.I started music seven(7) years ago as a rapper,but now what i do is simply called "Afro hip-hop" which has a blend of Naija flavour to tell the Foreigners where i come from.
