Ayinde Akanni (aka) AK Slim is an indegene of Ogun state,born and raised in Lagos state.He started his music career as a young rapper,in the mid 90s,rapping in the streets,clubs and schools around lagos and beyond. Later joined a rap group called Dr Fresh and the Hip-hop Power House which placed him on a bigger platform then,performing on the same stages with Plantation boyz,remedies and others at Lekki beach clubs and campuses.
He went underground for sometime, but now he has resurrected with Hip-hop, soul and R&B to take His place.
